What are our products made of?
All of our products are made of BioThane^® coated webbing .
Which is a polyester webbing with PVC coating.
It has a leather feeling but thicker and stronger.

 

Beside the quality of being waterproof and odor-proof.
It's absolute durable (but it won't survive the chewing though! so be careful)

Is it difficult to maintain?
Not at all! Just simply dip into soap water and all the first will go away.
Or simply use wet wipe if you're on a go. No need to use any special care treatments.

 

Will the strap get tacky?
Under normal use it will never get tacky. Unlike some faux leather.
But only when in contact with certain chemicals like DEET (found in some insect repellents) the material becomes sticky.

 

What's the different between BioThane^® and other PVC product?
You can notice the difference in texture and feel when compared to other PVC collar or leash. BioThane^® is softer and more flexible with a prominent difference in quality.
